And as it stands, Valencia are reportedly making plans for a raid on the Arsenal winger come January transfer window.

Walcott has, meanwhile, not featured in a single Premier League game for the North Londoners since the beginning of October.

Furthermore, the England international’s last three outings for the Emirates Stadium landlords were in the EFL Cup and Europa League.

And Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger is reportedly open to cashing in on the club’s long-serving winger as soon as possible.

In fact, the French tactician has made a decision to sell the England star once the January transfer window opens.

Walcott has so far, so good struck the back of the net 108 times in 392 games across every competition.

And that has been the case ever since he made a switch to the Emirates Stadium back in January, 2006.

But in the last six months, the Englishman has dropped down on the pecking order of attacking players at Arsenal.

Since the beginning of the 2017/18 season, Walcott has seen competitive action for only some minutes in the Premier League.

According to a valid report emanating from TeamTalk, Wenger wants to try and make a reasonable amount on the 28-year-old.

Walcott, meanwhile, will have only one-and-a-half-years more to run on his existing deal at Arsenal at the beginning of 2018.

Walcott rules out Arsenal exit

Arsenal winger, Theo Walcott has reportedly ruled out reports suggesting that he wants to make an exit from the Gunners.

As a matter of fact, the England international has made a disclosure that he is eager to stay at Arsenal.

Furthermore, the former Southampton star has stated he has no desire to depart the side during the winter transfer window.

During the final sprint of the 2016/17 season, Walcott started only a Premier League match for the North London outfit.

Thereafter, media reports started suggesting that Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger was set to spend a huge fee on a winger.

However, according to a valid report coming from the Daily Star, the 28-year-old would rather battle for a starting shirt.

And that is by eventually going ahead to stay on with the Gunners instead of going to a new club.

The attacking player has so far, so good spent the last eleven years of his playing career in North London.
